2023 IIDA Educator Diversity Award
The IIDA Foundation, in partnership with Interior Design Educators Council Foundation (IDECF), is pleased to welcome entries for the 2023 IIDA Educator Diversity Award. This award recognizes and celebrates an educator who is contributing to the advancement of racial/ethnic diversity in the interior design industry. Applicants can be of any race, ethnicity, or nationality.
Educators, who may self-nominate to apply for this award, can click to submit all required information and supporting documents. Applicants will directly upload the required letters of recommendation. Note that 4 total letters are required: 2 letters from former students of the applicant, and 2 letters from interior design professionals who were not students of the applicant.
If you would like to nominate an educator, simply email foundation@iida.org with the name and a brief description of the educator that you are nominating. IIDA Foundation staff will contact the nominated educator to invite them to apply.
